Carmen Sanchez Romero
An accomplished artist and professional art instructor.
Her work has been featured in several exhibitions, including an exhibition sponsored by Boeing and the City of Madrid in 2009. Her recent work in the United States includes many private commissions for individuals, schools, and other organizations.
She studied Art History and Fine Arts at the University of Murcia in Spain. Portraiture is her specialty – oil paintings and pastel drawings in particular. Her portfolio also includes abstract art, monotypes and printmaking, wood-burning, and other mediums.
Carmen lives in Sugar Land, Texas with her loving husband and their three children. She is the Art Director for St. Theresa Catholic School. Carmen loves to teach and share her passion for painting and drawing with her students.
